Our Mission:
The mission of American Mortgage Relief Services is to ensure nationwide mortgage disaster relief through education, loss mitigation, loan modification and homeowner representation to provide the American people with immediate and dramatic relief from the current mortgage crisis.

All AMRS assistance is given free of charge, made possible by the generous donation of people's time, money, and skills for the purpose of providing relief for struggling homeowners.
American Mortgage Relief Services has three primary functions:
1) To educate struggling homeowners on their rights and on the availability of programs that exists to provide relief from the current mortgage crisis.
2) To help homeowners learn whether or not they qualify for mortgage relief assistance.
3) And finally to place qualified homeowners in touch with prescreened and accredited attorney owned loss mitigation processing centers.
Our Vision:
To create an information based forum where homeowners can find unbiased information as well as connect homeowners with accredited attorney owned loss mitigation processing centers that will help them find relief from the current mortgage crisis. Because every homeowner’s lender, loan servicing company and situation are unique, AMRS has researched and given accreditation to small attorney offices as well as large attorney owned loss mitigation processing centers nationwide that specialize in every possible mortgage relief scenario with every bank and lender in America to ensure that no matter what bank or situation homeowners have, we can provide them with relief. We aim to connect qualified homeowners with accredited attorney owned loss mitigation centers nationwide that not only can provide proven relief for every unique situation but also meet our strict standards for accreditation.
AMRS Accreditation:
AMRS ensures that strict standards for trust are set and maintained. We exist so homeowners have an unbiased source to guide them. We provide educational information and expert advice that is free of charge and easily accessible.
AMRS does not compare businesses against each other, but rather evaluates small attorney offices as well as large attorney owned loss mitigation processing centers against our standards – and our standards clearly speak to the character and competence of an organization. Be sure to ask any company you are considering working with if they are AMRS accredited.
AMRS Accreditation is an honor – and not every company is eligible. AMRS will only connect struggling home owners with Accredited Mortgage Relief Centers that meet our strict standards.
AMRS Accredited Mortgage Relief Centers have agreed to live up to our standards.
AMRS Accredited Mortgage Relief Centers must establish and maintain a positive and proven track record.
AMRS Accredited Mortgage Relief Centers must abide by all written and verbal agreements, most importantly our mandated money back guarantee. Any so called loan modification service provider that does not offer a money back guarantee in writing is vehemently denied AMRS Accreditation.
Accredited Mortgage Relief Centers must clearly disclose all policies, guarantees and procedures that bear on a customer’s decision to seek representation.
Accredited Mortgage Relief Centers must approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with a proven track record of integrity.
Don’t Gamble:
If you choose a small local attorney to handle your case and you do not receive a money back guarantee in writing you’re basically gambling.
And if you’re in a position where you are considering loan modification, gambling should be out of the question.
Any attorney will take on your case and take your money regardless of their track record or if they have any experience at all in the mortgage industry.
Only AMRS accredited centers have taken the steps to provide a proven track record and a money back guarantee.
Do not make the mistake of choosing a small attorney’s office simply because they are local or because you can meet them face to face.
Loss mitigation and loan modification results are based solely on the loss mitigation centers experience and strong proven relationships with lenders and loan servicing companies.
To be successful, Loss Mitigation Centers must have a large seasoned and experienced staff of loan processors and loss mitigation officers that have had years of experience in the mortgage industry.
By choosing a local attorney that may have been dealing with divorces or wills before they decided to jump into loss mitigation, homeowners run the risk of receiving limited to no result at all.
The best results are obtained by loss mitigation centers that know exactly who to contact within a bank or servicing company and know exactly how to package the best possible case for loan modification and to obtain immediate and dramatic results.
In fact the best attorney owned loss mitigation centers are staffed by employees that used to be loan processors within the banks and servicing companies that you are trying to submit you case to.
Every bank, lender and servicing company is different and has different modification guidelines and that is why AMRS shares your file with dozens of accredited attorney owned loss mitigation centers to connect your case with the center that has the experience necessary to achieve success for your unique case.
AMRS researches and sifts through attorneys and loss mitigation centers to determine which companies have the experience and staff to deliver proven results.
Only companies that agree to meet up to our standards and that provide a proven track record of success receive AMRS Accreditation.
In addition to small lawyer offices AMRS also works closely with other non profit organizations that will help to negotiate your modification.
Non profit organizations are an invaluable source for information but admittedly just like small lawyer offices, non profit organizations do not always have the experience or relationships in the banking and mortgage industries necessary to achieve optimal results.
That is why AMRS as a non profit organization provides education, qualification information and then connects homeowners with qualified and accredited attorney owned loss mitigation centers.
Our Goal:
Once a homeowners has learned of all existing mortgage relief programs and whether they are qualified, they can rest assured that the attorney owned loss mitigation processing center they are connected with has met up to the highest standards and that mortgage relief is not only possible it is guaranteed.
Results:
Recently we have
seen lenders agree to loan modifications as low
as 2% fixed for 40 years. We have even seen
fixed rate results as low as 1% in certain
cases.
The ultimate goal for any loss mitigation or
loan modification is to modify a homeowner’s
current mortgage into a mortgage that is
affordable and sustainable using the homeowner’s
actual income, not an inflated or “stated
income”. Homeowners do not have to be behind on
their mortgage or not be able to afford their
current mortgage to qualify.
